The 28th national delegate conference tag Asaba 2019. Indeed evaluating educational policies and bring forward the challenges and achievements of the union.
Comrade Nwachukwu Godwin Ikechukwu SSUCOEN Chapter Chairman Federal College Of Education (Technical)Asaba while welcoming delegates to conference said: the choice of FCE (T) Asaba as host was much appreciated hence the national conference is coming at a time when the chapter executives is rounding-up of its two tenure and thanked the founding members and executives of SSUCOEN for all the efforts in putting the union in place and its laudable achievements since inception.
Continuing Comrade Nwachukwu used the conference to highlight numerous achievement ranging from the struggles and the implementation of migration policy ensuring that members get their rights and privileges, the establishment of retirement saving scheme, establishments of internally generated revenues ways and the implementation of CONMESS salary for Medical Doctors in the colleges among others. He thanked the management of FCE(T) for the enabling environment. For the National Delegates Conference. And extend his congratulatory messages of the new provost of the Federal College Of Education (Technical) Asaba Dr. Mrs. J.E. Anene Okeakwa.
Decking the conference open the FCE(T) provost Dr. Mrs. Anene Okeakwa thanked the participants the national executives and the chapter chairman comrade Nwachukwu Godwin and the entire SSUCOEN for their stand making sure she emerge the provost of the institution on merits and not political as the case had always been and wish them happy and fulfilling deliberations.
